What is Suo Luo Zi?:

The Chinese Herb Suo Luo Zi is the seed of a tree commonly known as the Chinese Horse Chestnut or the Chinese Buckeye (Aesculuc chinensis Bge.). Native to Northern China, it blooms with showy white flowers in the Spring; these flowers are followed by the appearance of acorns in the fall which ripen to produce one or two seeds that eventually drop to the ground. It is these seeds that are harvested/collected and dried for use as medicine.
