What is Fei Zi?:
The Chinese Herb Fei Zi is the dry, ripe seed of evergreen tree commonly known as the Chinese Nutmeg Yew (Torreya grandis Fort.), a large conifer that naturally grows in mountain valleys and open fields of Eastern/Southeastern China.
